Electromechanical Relay

I have an old electromechanical relay for duo-bias, type C21 and art no 409A605 which has no technical write-up, and all efforts to get reyrolle the manufactures has proved abortive. If anybody has any idea of the fuction it performs apart differential protection, should please assist.

You have to register (free) but then you can download the C21. (It is the first link starting with C, do not confuse it with the first link, 2C21)
