I am currently working with a client on a flowcoating process. The slurry used is extremely adhesive and is also expensive. In order to retain as much of the slurry as possible, we are looking at electrostatically charging the collection trough such that it will have the same charge as the slurry and therefore they will repel each other and none of the slurry will stick to the trough. I would like to hear any thoughts that are out there pertaining to this idea. Thanks.
