Conform specification EN 10025 S355J2 has a Charpy Value of min. 20J at -20°C. What can I expect for the charpy value at -10°C. For my design I need a min. value of 36J at -10°C. How is the charpy value varying by increasing temperature?

Normally, as the test temperature increases, the CVN impact value should also begin to increase. The CVN values will tend to level out at lower and upper shelf regions of the CVN impact energy versus test temperature curve. In your case, I would expect an increase at -10 deg C. However, you need to either test this material or have access to CVN impact data to determine what the value would be at -10 deg C.
