EN 12266-1 test pressures

Hello All,

I'm after some help on how to interpret the test pressure calculation on EN 12266-1

I have a ANSI Class 600Lb valve that is A350 LF2 the customer has requested using EN 12266-1 as the test specification.

How to do you go about calculating the test pressure as per the attached. From B16.34 the Maximum working pressure is 102.1 Bar (-29°C to 38°C)

Your attachment says only how to substitute the allowable pressure at room temperature when only the allowable pressure at elevated pressure is given.

I am not familiar with this standard, so I can not give you a proper answer. What I do know however is that when piping or a vessel with a valve will be hydrostatic pressure tested, the maximum pressure for flanges and valves is 1,5 x pressure rating (PN).
