Once in the cataloque, choose a country in which you want to search. -> All of the mentioned countries should have the mentioned standards in their list. Only the names is slightly different.
For example : Standard EN1473 is called DIN EN1473 in Germany, BS EN1473 in Great Britain, NBN EN1473 in Belgium and so on. So BS 1473 is a different standard.

I most cases it should be possible to download them after given the necessary information for payment.
