Hi.
I'm having trouble with DXF exported data, with regards to gaps in the profile, that the laser cutter doesn't like.
The gaps are only 0.0015mm, yet the laser cutting software won't process the data.
It trips up at the gaps.
I realise that the laser cutter software should be able to accommodate this, but since the laser cutter and toolpath generating software is owned by another party, I would just prefer to send him data with no gaps at all.
I came across a link which explains how this can be done in Solidworks, but I can't find a similar option in Catia.
(down the right hand side, called END POINT MERGING)
Has anyone came across a similar option in Catia?
I'm using V5 R19
Thanks
