Hello,
Just here to ask a question about coolant, and the way it flows in this particuliar engine.
Its a closed deck engine(no coolant will flow from deck to head)
At the end of the exh side mnifold (red), is a swirl pot, so imo it is the outlet manifold.
My question is : why, would they route OUT water from block (orange line, 3 branch manifold), into the Outlet of the cylinder head ? Why not just make a "Y'' pipe after the manifold ?
Pics attached.
P.S : i' m not sure this is the way the coolant system flows.
