you installed SE while logged in as 'Administrator', and you have
disabled the UAC? Also have a look into the Readme.html
which can be found within SE's installation folder or on the
DVD. Topic: "Solid Edge System Requirements and Information"
hmm, I'm not running Vista so I'm out of any hints other
than there might be a lot of garbage left behind within
the registry. Try to use CCleaner or a similar program
to remove invalid or dead entries within the registry.
Clean up the temp folder and remove any SE program
folders that had not been deleted during uninstall.

or your reseller
