EntelliGuard TU Trip Units

We recently commissioned some new GE AKD-10 switchgear that have WavePro circuit breakers in them. The WavePro circuit breakers are all outfitted with GE's new 'Entelliguard' trip units, instead of their long-standing MicroVersaTrip PM trip units.

Question: Does anybody know of a software tool (from GE or others) that will allow remote programming of those Entelliguard TU trip units?

I've tried GE Multilin's EnerVista suite and haven't been able to locate a program that allows remote programming. Remote viewing... yes, through EnerVista Viewpoint Monitoring. But not programming.

Why not ask GE if it is even possible?

I'm still in the middle of that movie. So far I haven't reached the right person at GE or Multilin who can say anything other than, "That's a good question!".
