Hi engineers,
I am working on a paper recycling startup. My aim is to establish a deinking plant, which I assumed to be a key for recycling printed paper wastes. I have searched for the deinking technologies and it seems that there are two main methods: chemical-mechanical (floating, washing and a combination of both) and enzymatic method. The enzymatic method is relatively new. I wonder if there is a significant difference between the methods regarding the performance, end quality and economy? Does it worth to go after enzymatic method in a country which the recycling rate is very low? (about 10%).
Maybe the question is very general and novice but I am new in this field and any basic hint is a big help.
Thank you.
