Hello,

Since our last version UGNX 5, the EPAK software do not start.
The error message is :

"Failed to load image. See log file for details."
See in attached file image for this message.

I don't know where I can found this log file.
The release of EPAK is 5.1.5
Where can I found new release ?

Thanks for your help.

Regards, S. TYTGAT

Assuming that they are talking about the NX syslog, you can find that by going to...

Help -> NX log File

...and scrolling down to near the bottom of the file. Not sure what might be recorded there, but look and see if something is indicated which might help track down where the problem might be.

Hello John,

I found the log file, thanks!
But it's not really clear for me.
Only information concerning EPAK problem is :

The reason C:\Program Files\UGS\NX 5.0\UGALLIANCE\vendor\application\epak.dll failed to load was:
Cannot load image C:\Program Files\UGS\NX 5.0\UGALLIANCE\vendor\application\epak.dll
La procédure spécifiée est introuvable (The specified procedure could not be found).

Have you some remarks to add?

Second question, where can I download new release for EPAK?

Thanks for all and best regards,

Sebastian.

I suspect the EPAK software needs to be reinstalled after the NX upgrade. You need to contact the partner who provided you the third party program.

check for the version of the software from which the dll was generated.. Might be you might have to re generate the dll to work with the new version of NX
