Hello everyone,
I am a graduate student in the field of civil engineering, currently learning and using the EPANET software for research. I am a new user of EPANET and have a few questions to ask:
The latest official version of EPANET is 2.2. In this version, demand is reasonably allocated to nodes, but this approach does not reveal the relationship between demand and pipe flow pressure. Although it is possible to input the Emitter Coefficient, this emitter effect is added on top of the existing demand. While browsing GitHub, I found release notes for EPANET 2.3 (though I am unsure whether these are just notes or if there are actual update files available). These notes mention updates to the emitter functionality, which now allows the total demand at a node to be broken down into components such as consumer demand requested, consumer demand delivered, node's emitter flow, and node’s leakage flow, among others.
I believe these changes in version 2.3 could provide better insights into how demand responds to variations in water pressure across the network, enabling more accurate verification of the hydraulic network in future analyses. I would greatly appreciate it if experts in the hydraulics field could help answer the following questions:

- Has the latest update for EPANET 2.3 been released, or are there any plugins related to version 2.3?
(If so, how can I integrate them into EPANET 2.3?) - Can the updated Emitter functionality in version 2.3 effectively reveal the impact of demand on pipe flow pressure?
