ear Experts,

For cold insulation we have contraction joints where we use butyl rubber sheet used as external bellow. But cost effective we are using EPDM rubber sheet which from same family and can be folded same as butyl rubber.

Can we use EPDM, experts share you opinions

In most services butyl rubber and EPDM are about equal. There are a few services where one is better than the other. As an external bellow exposed to ambient air, my opinion is, yes, use EPDM.
