Does adhesion to a Tiodized surface depend upon the titanium alloy which has been Tiodized?
i.e. If I change alloys could I have difficulty bonding glass to the base part?

Do you have a data sheet on the epoxy? Also, have you looked into an epoxy primer?

There should be no problem bonding Tiodized Titanium with epoxy, probably a 2 part with a primer as mentioned above. I believe that Tiodize Type II is preferred if you are going to coat the part with any coating so it would probably be best for any attempt to bond it. You might want to contact the Tiodize support people for guidance.
I would contact your epoxy suppler with your specific requirements, especially the environmental conditions the bond will see.

The Reltek people have some excellent primers if your epoxy supplier doesn't have a specific primer for their product.
