EPP´s arc flash for a capacitor bank

I have a Capacitor bank of a truck mine, aprox 21600uF, I need to determinate the arch flash when the Capacitor bank discharge by a short circuit.
I need a bibliography about it, (YouTube, thesis, Etap Software)

The latest version of NFPA 70E provides a methodology for calculating arc-flash hazard at a capacitor bank. I would start there.
