I am trying to get a copy of the EPRI Visual Weld Acceptance Criteria. It is available through EPRI and is free to members or $10,000 to non-members. It appears that members are mostly large energy companies.

This does not seem correct. EPRI will sell reports to nonmembers for a reasonable cost. The $10k sounds more like a project fee or sponsoring a project.

I would contact John Bickley at EPRI (see below) to obtain reliable information on this report. I have worked with him in the past.

I was basing this on the order form from the EPRI site at the following link. I was also told by someone else that they called EPRI to obtain one and was told the 10K price also. Regardless, I will try to contact EPRI myself and use the contact you listed. Thanks for the lead.
