I need to know if there is any commercial or equivalent steel tube:

SCH 40, ASTM B 165, Monel 400 (UNS N04400), annealed SMLS, PER ASME B36.10M

The diameters are 1 ", 1/2" and 3/4 "

I am Peruvian

Thank you very much for your answers.

Are you looking for an alternative material, or an alternative product form? What code are you working to? Too little to help.

Looking equivalent material, either stainless or carbon steel pipe, the fluid to move is O2, and is interconnected valves (the plane does not specify the type), I would like to know your opinions

"In operating conditions at or below 200°F and 200 psig Type K copper tubing, or 316 SS tubing or pipe would be acceptable. Above those operating conditions Type K copper would be acceptable. Tubing should be purchased in a pre-cleaned condition with a final cleaning performed after installation. Joints can be brazed copper, compression fittings, buttweld or flanged. In an effort to minimize recessed areas that may be difficult to clean, and provide areas for foreign particles to hide, minimize the number of joints in a system. Use flange joints only when required at equipment. When compression fittings are used, make certain the tube is fully bottomed out in the fitting body before pull-up. Quarter-turn, quick opening valves are not recommended."

For accessories, I propose using type 304 SS - A-182.

Dont understand why you need to use Monel 400 for pure GO2 - I used to be an air separations plant engineer, and all we had for GO2 was SS304 or SS316 for temps below 50-60degC for inplant piping.

Are we trying to avoid corrosion under insulation here due to possible chlorides accumulation beneath insulation with Monel? Is this plant close to the sea ?
