Error encountered in Abaqus multistep analysis

Hi,
I am conducting a multistep analysis of a pipe section subjected to tensile load, in Abaqus from example manual "Getting started", interactive edition, Example 11.4 and 11.5. I followed exactly the same steps as described in the manual. But when I submitted the job for the Restart model I encountered the below error.

"There is no restart frame on the old job at step 2, increment -1"

Can anyone provide any direction on how to resolve this error?

[FEA way]

Check the inputs for restart request in the first analysis and for restart itself in the second analysis. Make sure that restart data is written for selected step and increment.

Thanks, there was an error in the restart request, I corrected it and the problem is sorted now.
