Error getting element centroid data from element structure

Hi everyone,

I'm currently working on a model containing contact elements as well as solid-shell interfaces. As the solver start Ansys returns the following error message: Error getting element centroid data from element structure for ANSYS elements. Does anyone has an idea what created this issue and how can I resolve it.
