Hello,
Does anybody have any experience with the following error:
Quadrature Errors in Pressure Poisson Equation - Element(s) severely distorted. Possible diagnostics are: (A) Check the quality of the elements in the mesh to see if they confirm to the element type specified. It is possible that certain elements are interpenetrating or have become degenerate during the mesh generation. (B) If this is a deforming mesh problem, check to see if the displacement boundary conditions for the mesh are physical and check the mesh velocities. If the mesh velocities are too high, decreasing the time step value may reduce severe mesh distortion.
Abaqus/CFD Analysis exited with an error.
It's interesting, that this error appears if i use hexagonal elements for meshing fluid model. If i use wedge elements for core, and hexagonal for outer region, everything is ok. In both cases, all other parameters, material properties, geometry, ... are the same.
Thank's
