Dear all,
i have been practicing with the tutorials. when i assign the uniform load in the beam of length 21', load assignment seems to be in more than in 21' feet. i'm unable to find the cause and solution to it.
also in the next example, the reaction in the beam is more than the applied load which i think is because of same above cause.

please help in this regard.

From your interface, I can tell it is the old RISA version. I am quick to say it might be a bug as I haven't experienced this before. But before I rush to say so, have you tried modelling a simple beam 21' and applying the load? Try that and see what happens.
