Just for the record, I think there is at least one error in the example for "Customizing the Material Library" in the NX5.0.4 Documentation.
The example given (which details the example Heading and Units, etc) is for Copper_C10100. The thermal conductivity is given as 1.17e-05 [1e-6W/(mm*C)] whereas the actual value should be on the order of 4e5 [1e-6W/(mm*C)] (ref: ).
Seems like the materials in the default Material Properties Library (phys_material.dat) have thermal conductivity values that have the correct order of magnitude.
