Error message stopping NX6 file from closing

What have I done to get the error message: An illegal file was given to the tag system.

You should contact GTAC as this will probably require the need to look at either your files or how you have configured your system and they are better prepared to do that than anyone else.

you have to open sub assembly first save
and directly open the upper assembly with the sub-assembly and save
