Error message when opening CAE file

I try to open CAE file, but i could not, i got this error message "rfm-stringmanager file:string- string is not available.


I opened the same file before several time, but for some reasons i could not.

I wish you could help me.

I do not know what this means but I remember I've had issues opening CAE files but having the JNL file (associated with the CAE) in the folder helps.

The JNL file is associated with the CAE file in the same folder.
