Error NX 6.0 Flow Advanced

Hello, when I try to run flow advanced solver, I get this error messenge:

"flow_dp.exe has encountered a problem and must close".

My UG version is NX 6.0.0.24

I´ve run this aplication in other machines and I had no problems, please help me.
