Error "Your license configuration does not allow hex dominant mesh controls"

Hi,

We had a 3rd party contractor run some FEA for our group a few months ago. I want to re-run with some changes now, but get the following error:

Error 1: Your license configuration does not allow hex dominant mesh controls
Error 2: The database will be opened in read-only mode.
And in Read-Only configuration, i can't add any solution, or make any changes at all to the Mechanical file.

Can anyone please help me with why i am getting the error.

We use shared license from a server. Ansys 15.
