Error: simulation got aborted with an error message"There is only one excessively distorted ele

Hello everyone,

I am running the simulation in Abaqus/Explicit of a spherical cell passing through the rectangular channel. For cell properties, I am using the Incompressible neo hokie hyperelastic model with C01 of 0.00015(E=0.9KPa) and density of 10^-9 tonne/mm^3(1000 kg/m^3) and the rectangular channel is a rigid channel. The cell is acted by a uniform pressure of 500 Kpa and a rectangular channel is fixed. My simulation got aborted with an error message "There is only one excessively distorted element".How to get rid of this error. Here I am attaching my input file for reference.

[FEA way]

Try with finer mesh. If this doesn’t help, you may have to change some assumptions like geometry and loading.
