Hi all,
The powerplant I'm working with want's to integrate an Electrical Committee which has the role of review/ audit any major change or issues that may present on the electrical grid. The committee shall consist majorly of internal plant technicians/ engineers and might require external expertise extent of external support such as from an engineering firm (e.g., subject matter experts). The plan is also to integrate the necessary policies for the committee to work properly.
The powerplant produced electricity for a small Caribbean island, and another sister company is responsible for maintaining and operating the transmission to the households.
I was wondering does anyone in the forum has experience or may provide some guidance/ information of how to develop such electrical committee.
