hi everyone I'm a fresh employee and I'm learning to become a post tension designer.I don't know too much about PT.what should be span/d ratio, b/d ratio of continuous PT beam.In a continuous pt beam&slab which part of the dead load should be balanced in edge spans and internal spans.and I studied about stage stressing. In our company there are only one page about it.I could not find design details and examples so if someone has experience in stage stressing design plz.In a span where the live load is much higher than the dead load ,at transfer, deflection is more than limit and I can't increase the section depth due to some reasons .What should I do?if I reduce the prestress force, the ultimate limit state can't be satisfied.
