Etabs v21.01 results for RC beam minimum rebar

Dear all,

Why the etabs give minumum rebar for RC beam as 2.17%. I design 300x500(D) beam the rebar percentage is 2.17% and area is 3529mm2. I calculate as per eurocode, the minimum rebar is only 233mm2. Do I need to give any instruction to etabs for rebar percentage in software?
