The loads per square area change according to the coordinates of the element.
The higher the height Z coordinate, the higher the load if you apply a value in C, for example.
 
X4vier, thanks for your answer, but I'm more confused about applying the values ​​in the C and D box, I do not have any reference materials for applying positive or negative values. On both boxes with negative values ​​or in the field D is always a positive value?

For the Slab I have applied, A=10, B=2, C=0, D=0, in Gravity direction. That's mean a 0 load in the x=0,y=0. And a 48 load in x=4, y=4. That produce a 384 Z Base reaction.
For the wall I have applied, A=0, B=2, C=0, D=0, in global X direction. That's mean a 0 load in the X=0, y=0. And a 48 load in y=4, z=4. That produce a X -384 Base reaction.

ETABS shld implement a "graphical" load viewer on non-uniform shell loads,it is very easy to commit mistake on this. It is really annoying!
