ETAP Library / Version conflict. No Help related found on website.

Dear colleagues,

I am reviewing a project *.OTI which was saved with ETAP 19 Version. In my office, I have ETAP 18 Version. I get an error when opening the file. Anyone could help me to find out what is wrong? Attached is a screenshot of the error. How could I solve it?

Check with ETAP technical support to see if there is a conversion module to read the file from a different version.

Etap doesn't seem to have a way to save a project for use in a previous version so I can't see you having any luck getting it to work.
