You can see the sketch path, yet the sweep is 180° off. Not an ideal way to start my day.

That's not a bug ... it's new feature which creates a mirrored version before the original. [smile]

Can you post the part to play with?

They're the usual settings: follow path, etc. If I create the same profile on the opposite side and create the sweep using the same path, it works just fine. However, I ended up having to change gears anyway and went with some surfacing instead.

Jeff maybe it might be related to the bug they fixed with sketches on the top plane having the wrong default orientation. The problem does look like a bit of a doozey.

Good thing there are a great many ways to do anything with SolidWorks. I also know that you know SolidWorks inside and out. Maybe you also need to learn it upside down.
