explosion pressure release screws part 2 1

Has anyone ever used or even heard of explosion pressure release fastener? It is an explosion pressure release fastener for securing a double skin panel to a building structural framework. In the event of an explosion within the building, a deformable washer is forced over the fastener head thereby releasing the wall element. I have seen #14 self tapping screw with aluminum pressure release washer used for past explosion panels but cannot source this?
