Export Simulation Output Path Default

I am trying to use automate the export of the bulk.dat file using a macro/journal. The default output path in my configuration is the UGII_BASE_DIR and not the working directory that the part, fem and sim files are saved to. I didn't see a item for that in the ugii_env.dat file. Anybody have any ideas where to set this?
