Export the calculated values of the nodes or elements into a file

Is it any possible to export the calculated values of all nodes or elements into a file in Pro Mechanica?
For example: I would like to save or export the max. principal stress for every nodes or elements into a file (txt,xls..). There would be the numbers of the elements in the first column and the values in the second.
