Exporting/Importing Ansys Workbench results file

Hello all,

I am trying to do some subsequent simulations and I want to import the last subset of data into the next simulation. To be more specific, after heating up a plate, I want to export, if possible, it's nodal temperatures into another plate (with same dimentions) but this time it will have another geometry coupled on it. It should be the initial condition of the new analysis.

Is there any way to do this?
