EXPORTING TEXT PROBLEM

Hello
I have a big problem with my newly updated "new design assembly template". The text in the title blocks of the drawing files which are driven by expressions instead of attributes disappear when exported to DWG/DXF using 2Dexchange...HELP...please !

I'm reposting this in case it was overlooked & fell through the cracks:
