external references from sketch

Does anybody know how to find the external references from sketch / sketch point or line connected outside the sketch.
Constraint show and delete I know are there any other ways?

You can also use the Part Navigator (in a non-Timestamp Mode) with it's Dependencies panel open, to show parent/child relationships between individual objects inside the sketch and those from outside.

but the is no easy way to identify the elements edge or point etc. ?
 
Perhaps, but it will help identify where the relationships exist, and to some extent, which objects are referencing what. At the moment, it's about the best that we can offer.
