extrac plot results

I obtain the plot of the displacement of one node in function of the time. How to extract this plot to an Excel file? (Complete procedure)

Sorry but beginner in Abaqus!

Hi Nicolas

1) Create the plot and save it ("Save as.." at the bottom of the plot dialog).
2) Click "Report > XY.." on the menu bar. This lets you write the plot data to file.
