Extracting Data Points From Sketcher

I am attempting to extract data points from sketcher for an airfoil. I currently have a model of a blade, and I can take station cuts of the blade, and assign points to the section. But I need a quick way to extract the points from sketcher into a text file, or some form of data sheet, so that I can do analysis on the Blade section.

Does anyone have any clues?
