How many Harriers (and pilots) were lost in that program?

Looks to me like loss of control led to the gear collapse... And the fun was pretty much over when the pilot punched out, not that I blame him :)

The problem with sloppy work is that the supply FAR EXCEEDS the demand
 
The irony is that from the video and images, the plane doesn't look all that damaged. Perhaps it'll fly again, something that very seldom happens with a plane where the pilot had ejected.
