Failure Analysis Course

Can anyone recommend a failure analysis course on composites? I have lots of metal failure analysis experience, but my composites background is limited.

In the UK there're broken up university courses that are very good for topping up knowledge.

Sorry, swall. my 'help' turned out to be no good.

The short courses are modules from postgrad courses that are taught in one week. This may also be true for some U.S institutes.
