We have a part that has approximately 500 instances. I would like to put the table on a drawing; however, the family table is too large to fit on the drawing. Is it possible to have multiple family tables on the drawing. What I would like to do is have one table that controls details 1 through 50. Then another table would have details 51 through 100, etc. These tables would be side by side on the drawing.

Currently, the family table is one large "tall" table that extends off of the drawing border.

I'm not sure if there is a way to breakdown the top level family table into separate family tables.

Any ideas??

Have you tried to "split" the table?

What do you mean by "split" the table?

TCGT,

Yes, sorry. I mean Pagination. After creating your drawing table of your family of parts select Table, Paginate. In the Table Paginate menu, select Set Extent and then pick the point on your table where you want the bottom to be. That will cut off the table there. To continue the table select Add Segment and then select an upper and then lower bounding point for the table to continue. Repeat as necessary.

That is what I was looking for. Thanks for your help.

Pagination adds sheets to a drawing with the extra parts of the table. After adding segments to bring the complete table into the sheet or sheets you want, you need to check and see if you have any extra sheets that should be deleted.
