Hello and its nice to join all of you. My company has a Fanuc c-1500A on a 1993 Mazak Super Turbo X510-3D, and we had a third party come in and replace all the optics. We've done a flush using Citronox, and he has tuned the power supplies etc. But I am still having two issues that I am not sure if anyone else has seen.
One issue is the laser goes into Continuous Wave at 67% Duty and higher. The other issue is even though it does calibrate without alarm, the power coming from the laser is way higher than commanded. For instance, with power at 1,500 and duty at 50%, actual power is around 1,000 watts.
Has anyone else ran into this problem? If not are there any suggestions about what may be causing it?
Thank You
