fatal error LNK1169

HEY ALL,
i GOT THIS ERROR WHEN I AM TRYING TO RUN MY CREEP SUBROUTINE WITH THE ABAQUS MODEL.
Creating library standardU.lib and object standardU.exp
standardU_static.lib(creep.obj) : error LNK2005: _CREEP already defined in userplatevisco2.obj
standardU.dll : fatal error LNK1169: one or more multiply defined symbols found
ABAQUS Error: Problem during linking - ABAQUS/Standard User Subroutines
ABAQUS/Analysis exited with errors

Have you checked your subroutine interface vs. that in the
documentation for the exact Abaqus version you are using ?

Once I had a similar problem trying to use a subroutine developed for 6.4, in a 6.5 model.
