This material is highly corrosion resistant, which is why I am posting this question here.

I am looking for fatigue properties for Nitronic 50, particularly as they relate to Endurance Limit, Fatigue Strength, Number of cycles N versus Strength Sa. Specifically, we care about very high cycle fatigue, where N is greater than 1e8 cycle life.

Thanks for any help.

For which condition, as cold worked to higher strength or the annealed condition?
The only data that I have is for cold worked material.

A quick internet search comes up with:
Rotating beam fatigue, 10e8 cycles for 1" bar
annealed 47ksi (this should be 55-60ksi yield, 110-120ksi UTS)
HS (as hot rolled) 68ksi

This stuff has been used for prop shafts in boats for decades so there should be a lot of fatigue data out there.
