What does the FDA & USDA required water discharge temperature for washdown?

It depends on what you are washing down. 160 F is generally considered to be the minimum sanitizing temp. Addition of chemical agents and sanitizers will reduce temp requirements. You should refer to the handbook requirements of your specific application.

It is better to have enough ideas for some of them to be wrong, than to be always right by having no ideas at all.
 
I've seen between 140F and 180F depending on products being produced.
