Is anybody could give me some ideas on how you guys design pressure vessel parts in FEA?
How do you calculate your loadings? And when these loadings are applied, how do you assess the results?

"Is anybody could give me some ideas on how you guys design pressure vessel parts in FEA?" - Yes.

"How do you calculate your loadings?" - Very carefully, based on the loadings on the PV.

"And when these loadings are applied, how do you assess the results?" - Very very carefully - using the design Codes as guidelines, particularly ASME Section VIII, Division 2, Appendix 4, and WRC 429.

Some engineers make a career out of what you are asking. Do you have a specific question?

be particularly carefull of local geometry features (like local pad-ups to reinforce holes) which may not be significant enough to model, but which can cause local stress concentrations.
