Feature Pattern Around a Loop

I did a quick search for this, but did not happen to come up with anything.

Does anyone know how to pattern features about a loop? I am trying to pattern the teeth for a synchronous belt around the loop but am unable to create the pattern around the entire loop. I have tried using a curve driven pattern but it will only select one feature edge or sketch entity to pattern about. Is it possible to select multiple edges or sketch entities to pattern around the entire loop?

Make a continous loop using Fit spline, then try using Curve driven pattern.
